Return and Refund Policy



Any return of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy as:
1. Since we cut a specific length as per your need, so exchange/return in that case shall not possible for us.
2. Returns can be only in case of genuine defects and as long as the product is unused and not washed.
3. To initiate return one need to inform us within 48 hours of the order received, to inform us please whatsapp with photo.
4. Refund will be done through online mode in 6-7 working days.
Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.

Dispatch time

We dispatch Domestic Orders within 48 working hours of order placement and after quality checks are completed.

Delivery time

Domestic orders take up to 8-10 business working days to deliver after dispatch in a usual scenario.The customer will receive an email update or whatsapp message once the courier is shipped.

Courier companies are experiencing frequent changes courier schedules depending on unexpected events. Hence, we suggest customers consider that there might be a delay in shipment due to factors beyond our control.

Cancelling order

Domestic orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch by sending us an email at…………… However, if the order is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order and the customer needs to accept the order when delivered.

Refund of a cancelled order

If the customer had placed a pre-paid order, we refund 100% amount to the same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation. This is only when the customer has cancelled before dispatch and has received a damaged product.

Return of product

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE is allowed once the fabric is cut and has been dispatched and unless the product which is received is damaged. However, before dispatch our team ensures to double check the products and make sure it meets our quality standards.

To initiate a return

We will get in touch within two working days and share the return details.

In case of damaged products, kindly share the image/video highlighting the damaged area.

Once we receive your returned parcel and on satisfactory inspection of the same, our team will contact you to initiate the refund process. Shipping charges, if applied, will only be refunded in case of the damaged product return.

In a pre-paid order, we only refund the same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7-10 working days and its only for when the product is damaged.
